Who I am...

Growing up, I always liked to draw and design things. My grandfather was a carpenter and he taught me alot about planning ahead and the "measure twice, cut once" rule. He was instrumental in helping me understand what it means to be prepared and have a plan. To this day, I still like to have a plan before I start my work.

After high school, I attended Purdue University. While at Purdue, I played goalie for the Purdue Roller Hockey team for 4 1/2 years. I am an avid hockey fan, player, coach and official. I love playing hockey whenever and wherever I have the opportunity. I've had the pleasure of playing in some of the best arenas in the country. Most recently I was part of the Championship team that won the first Sauce Cup tournament (2010) at Jobing.com arena, the home of the Phoenix Coyotes. (see video)

My experience and background...

I have worked in various positions since high school including as a general laborer for a small general contractor during my college years. Since graduating college, I have worked as a Truss Designer, CAD Designer, Web & Marketing Manager, Network Specialist, BIM Coordinator and most recently a BIM Manager. I feel very strongly that all of those opportunities have helped me to get where I am today and have all taught me something along the way.

I have learned alot about the business world and how to conduct myself and my business. It has always been my mindset to do it right the first time. I always strive to make sure I have done the job I was hired to perform to the highest standards and make sure it is completed right.
