What was done...
The construction of this hotel and casino project offered many challenges well before the coordination team was involved. Numerous problems existed that delayed the project before we were involved. However, when the coordinators were ready to get involved, we identified issues and coordinated building systems because of our use of 3D/MEP/BIM coordination. We were able to coordinate the entire project in just a few months with very good accuracy and efficiency. The project opened on-time and the amount of rework was minimal.
